Hello!

Thank you for stopping by to look over my work and learn about my love for families and photography. My name is Julie and I am the owner, the creative, the editor and the antique, prop lover behind Julie Wilk Photography.

I am also a mom, wife, live music fan and lover of all things vintage and old. The heart of my business is based around my own family and the mission to document all the big milestones & small moments. This began when I had my first son (11 years ago) and has evolved over time.

My work is a combination of posed , traditional photos with some fun, relaxed candids added into the mix. I love moodier tones and bold colors. I work mainly with: newborns, children, expecting moms and dads, as well as extended families.  I’ve always been a fan of simplicity and for that reason, I tend to focus on simple sets using  gorgeous, light with earthy, rustic vibes.

 Location is everything to me and I feel it sets the tone for telling your story.  I love helping my families decide if a studio session, outdoor place that holds special meaning or their home where they make personal memories is best for our time together.
